All sessions are held online through our Discord server. You'll need a Discord account and a stable internet connection. No other software required to connect.

We support all major DAWs including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, GarageBand, Pro Tools, and Studio One. Just let your producer know what you're working with when you book.

Reschedules are available up to 24 hours before your session. Refunds are offered if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. Please contact us via Discord or email if you need to make any changes.

Not at all. We work with complete beginners all the way through to experienced producers. When you book, just describe your current level and goals — your producer will tailor the session to you.
